born February 6, 1986, age 35, of Cleveland, passed away May 21, 2021. Sarah died unexpectedly of unknown causes. Sarah was preceded in death by her beloved mother Lori A. Horn-Chaple, grandmother, Kathleen P. Bell (William), and grandfather Terry Lee Horn Sr. Sarah is survived by her 4 children, Anastasia Parish, Donnell Lewis, Joshua Lewis, and Braylan Lewis); father Matthew Chaple; sister Falicia Horn; grandmother Josephine Horn; niece of Christina Thompson (Dewey) and Terry Horn Jr. (Pandora) and Tico Horn. She was devoted to her partner Lamont Bennett. She was also a beloved cousin to Amanda Pearsall, Kevin Pearsall (Shaquita), Justina Pearsall, and Jacqualine Richards (Johnathan) and many more second cousins. Sarah was dear friend to many, who she truly thought of as family. Sarah lived by the motto “remember to always squeeze the juice out of life” and with a lively personality embraced all life had to offer. She had a funny, sarcastic view of the world. It was never a dull moment when Sarah was in the room. Sarah had a profound love of nature and loved spending time at the lake. She loved her family and friends and valued her time with all of them. She was quick to volunteer if someone needed help. She will be forever loved, remembered, and terribly missed by so many. We will be honoring her life during visitation from 5 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, at Donlon Funeral Home 15408 Triskett Rd, Cleveland, OH 44111. A service at this location will begin at 5:45 p.m. You are encouraged to come as you are. That was Sarah's way to accept all, as we celebrate her life. The family will receive friends after the service at West Alliance Church 3800 Bridge Ave., Cleveland, OH 44113, for a Potluck meal.
